S.L. 439.22 Art. 6Power of the Director for Animal Welfare to issue guidelines.

(1) Without prejudice to the provisions of these regulations, the Director for Animal Welfare may issue guidelines relating to the use of animals in relation to karozzini.

(2) Guidelines issued as stipulated in sub-regulation (1) shall be published in the Gazette.

(3) Guidelines issued as stipulated in sub-regulation (1) shall have the force of law and whoever contravenes or acts in violation of these guidelines shall be deemed to have contravened or acted in violation of these regulations.
