S.L. 441.5 Art. 12Right of appeal. Cap. 441. S.L. 441.07

In any case where applicant feels aggrieved by a decision made by the Local Council, an applicant may appeal according to the procedures established in article 26 of the Trading Licences Act and, in such case, the appeals procedure as established in the Trading Licences Regulations shall apply for all appeals that are made under this regulation.
