S.L. 441.5 Art. 9Authority’s decision.

(1) Upon receipt of the Authority’s decision, the Local

Council, in the case of affirmation, shall by not later than twenty-four hours inform applicant to collect the licence on the prescribed form in Schedule D.

(2) In the case that the authorisation is refused by the Local Council, the Local Council shall give the reasons for its refusal in writing.
