S.L. 449.59 Art. 1Title and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Slaughtering of Lagomorphs for Human Consumption Regulations.

(2) The scope of these regulations is to implement national measures with respect to the slaughtering of lagomorphs for human consumption.

(3) These regulations are being published also in accordance with Article 1(4) of Regulation 853/2004 of the European Parliament and the Council of 29 April 2004.
