(1) The title of these regulations is the Malta

Qualifications Recognition Information Centre and the Mutual Recognition of Qualifications Appeals Board Regulations.

(2) The scope of these regulations is to establish the organisational and operational structure af the Malta Qualifications Recognition Information Centre and of the Mutual Recognition of Qualifications Appeals Board.
