S.L. 451.3 Art. 22ANotification to the Commission.

(1) The designated authorities responsible for the professions referred to in regulation 22(1) shall notify the

Commission of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions which are adopted with regard to the issuing of evidence of formal qualifications in relation to the professions referred to in regulation 22(1). In the case of evidence of formal qualifications referred to in the Periti Act and Mutual Recognition of Qualifications of Perit

Regulations, notification shall also be addressed to the other Member States.

(2) The notification referred to in sub-regulation (1) shall include information about the duration and content of the training programmes and shall be transmitted via IMI.
