S.L. 452.110 Art. 2Definitions. Cap. 452.

(1) For the purpose of these regulations:

"the Act" means the Employment and Industrial Relations Act; "Director" shall have the same meaning assigned to it by the Act; "overtime" shall have the same meaning assigned to it by the Act.

(2) Terms and expressions used in these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires, shall have the same meaning assigned to them in the Act.
