S.L. 452.57 Art. 7Minimumovertime rates.

In the case of all whole-time employees, overtime shall be remunerated as follows:

(a) for all time worked in excess of the daily hours in any one day, other than on the day of rest or on customary holidays ............................................ time-and-a half;

(b) for all time worked on the day of rest or on customary holidays .................................................. double time.
