(1) This regulation lays down rules on the nominal quantities for products put up in prepackages. It shall apply to prepacked products and prepackages, as defined in regulation 2 of the Make-Up by Weight or by Volume of Certain Prepackaged Products Regulations.

(2) These regulations shall not apply to the products listed in the Schedule which are sold in duty-free shops for consumption outside the European Union.
