S.L. 458.24 Art. 4Dispensing.

(1) A pharmacist dispensing a prescription to which these rules apply, is to observe the rules issued by the Superintendent of

Public Health, and no medicinal product and medical aid shall be supplied more than the number of times indicated by the prescribing medical practitioner or dental surgeon.

(2) A pharmacist dispensing a prescription to which rule 2(4) applies, must observe the provisions of the Dangerous Drugs

Ordinance, or the Drugs (Control) Regulations.
