S.L. 458.28 Art. 3Opening of pharmacies on Sundaysandpublic holidays.

It shall be the duty of the managing pharmacist to ensure that on Sundays and public holidays his pharmacy shall at least be open from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and from 4.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.

strictly in accordance with the roster issued for this purpose by the Licensing Authority:

Provided that the provisions of this rule shall not apply for that pharmacy at the Malta International Airport.
