S.L. 460.12 Art. 4Scope.

This Order applies to any television advertising, sponsorship and teleshopping referred to the Television Without Frontiers Directive as transposed by the Act when advertising, sponsorship and teleshopping is broadcast by any person licensed to provide broadcasting services under the provisions of the Act.
