(1) The title of this Order is the Designation of Competent

Authority Order.

(2) The purpose of this Order is to implement the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 211/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 February 2011 on the citizens’ initiative, hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation".
