S.L. 465.7 Art. 5Offences.

Any person who commits an offence against these regulations shall be liable -

(a) on a first conviction, to a fine (multa) of not less than two hundred, thirty two euro and ninety-four cents (€232.94) and not exceeding four hundred, sixty five euro and eighty-eight cents (€465.88); and

(b) on a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine (multa)
