The Commissioner shall keep, for a minimum of ten (10)

years, a database of all the financial incentives provided to, or claimed by, undertakings in terms of these regulations in order to enable the Commission to:

(a) verify whether the provisions of the Act and of these regulations have been complied with; and

(b) provide the State Aid Monitoring Board with such information as it may require.
