S.L. 480.5 Art. 3PMSC Operational Licence.

(1) No person shall carry out the business of a PMSC without a licence granted under these regulations.

(2) A licence to carry out business as a PMSC shall only be granted under these regulations to a legal person incorporated under the laws of Malta.
