S.L. 499.3 Art. 3Mooring services.

(1) Mooring services in the terminals, quays, wharfs and berths listed in the First Schedule shall only be provided by the Service Provider in terms of these regulations.

(2) Mooring services shall at all times be under the supervision, control and regulation of the Authority.
