S.L. 499.46 Art. 3Interpretation.

In these regulations unless the context otherwise requires:

"Blue Grotto commercial vessels operators" means licensed commercial vessel operators who provide boat transport services from Wied iż-Żurrieq to the Blue Grotto and neighbouring caves and vice-versa; "disability" shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities

Act; "neighbouring caves" means Cat’s Cave, Filfla Cave, Reflection Cave, Blue Grotto, Circle Cave, Elephant Foot, Honeymoon Cave and Window Cave.

"persons with disability" means any person in possession of a specific identification document or other documentation acknowledging such disability; "ticket" means a printed coupon issued as stipulated in regulation 4;
