S.L. 499.52 Art. 7Details of a small ship.

An application for registration shall be made in writing and shall specify such particulars relating to the small ship and its ownership as will show that the small ship is one to which these regulations apply, and the following details:

(a) a description of the small ship;

(b) the overall length and beam of the small ship;

(c) the name and address of every owner of the small ship; and

(d) such supplementary information and evidence relating to the small ship and the ownership thereof as the Authority may require to determine whether the small ship may properly be registered.
