S.L. 499.9 Art. 83Right of access to aerodromes and other places.

The Director General shall, at all reasonable times, have the right to enter and inspect any aircraft, aerodrome or other landing place as well as any other civil aviation facilities which are located outside the aerodrome area to ensure compliance with any of the provisions of this Order.
