S.L. 528.6 Art. 3Compositionofthe Board.

(1) The General Services Board shall be composed as follows:

(a) the Superintendent of Public Health as Chairperson;

(b) the Director General (Works and Services Department) or his representative;

(c) two specialists in Public Health Medicine to be appointed by the Minister;

(d) a Senior Medical Officer to be appointed by the Minister;

(e) the Director Environmental Health or his representative;

(f) a representative of the Chamber of Architects and Civil Engineers;

(g) a Perit appointed by the Minister;

(h) a person, not in the service of the Government, appointed by the President of Malta.

(2) There shall be a Secretary to the General Services Board, who shall be appointed by the President of Malta.
