S.L. 545.1 Art. 31Refund of expenses.

A consumer at whose request an installation may have been connected to the system renders himself liable to refund the distribution system operator the expense incurred in effecting the connection if he requires the installation to be disconnected and the meter removed within a period of one year from the date of connection, or should he fail to accept the installation of a meter within a period of one week after written notification has been given to him of the intention of the distribution system operator to install such meter.
