S.L. 545.17 Art. 29Security of supply.

In the event of a crisis in the supply of petroleum, the Regulator, in performance of its mandate to secure all reasonable demands for the provision of such resource, may take possession of, or compulsorily acquire such petroleum stocks as it may deem fit or order the possessor to dispose of them as directed:

Provided that possessors of such petroleum stocks shall be compensated in the ordinary course of events.
