S.L. 545.17 Art. 8Applicationsforan authorisation and application fee.

(1) Any person who wishes to -

(a) carry out the activity of an importer and, or wholesaler of petroleum; or

(b) operate a primary storage facility; or

(c) bottle LPG, shall submit an application in writing to the Regulator in such form and manner as the Regulator may prescribe.

(2) A non-refundable application fee as established in the First Schedule shall be paid to the Regulator with the authorisation application.
