S.L. 549.10 Art. 3Elimination of pollution.

(1) The competent authority shall take the necessary meaures to eliminate pollution of the waters referred to in regulation 2(2) by the dangerous substances in the families and groups of substances in List I of the Annex.

(2) The competent authority shall take the necessary measures to reduce pollution of the said waters by the dangerous substances in the families and groups of substances in List II of the Annex, in accordance with these regulations.
