In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"the Act" means the Environment Protection Act;

"the Authority" has the same meaning assigned to it under the Act;

"electrical and electronic equipment" or "EEE" has the same meaning as assigned to it under the Waste Management

(Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations;

"waste electrical and electronic equipment" or "WEEE"

has the same meaning as assigned to it under the Waste Management (Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations.
