S.L. 549.37 Art. 7Assessment methods.

(1) The values of Lden and Lnight shall be determined by means of the assessment methods in the Second Schedule and upon other methods laid down in any other regulations.

(2) Harmful effects may be assessed by means of the dose-effect relations referred to in the Third Schedule.
