Management of waste from public recreation activities

(1) The generation and management of waste similar to household public places as a result of small scale public recreation activities householders generating and managing waste outside their households, specifically excluding one-off large scale social activities (including rallies, etc.) that would otherwise be covered by paragraph 2 of this Schedule.

(2) The generation of hazardous wastes in quantities typically household waste.

(3) The transport by means of private cars, of any wastes subparagraphs (1) and (2) to authorized disposal/collection facilities. Provided that:

(a) Any waste produced by householders during the activity household should be managed in line with the requirements paragraph 1.

(b) No waste is to escape in any way into public areas at any time the waste is being generated to the time the waste is of in an appropriate manner.

(c) Littering of public places is prevented.
