S.L. 549.48 Art. 3Establishment of the Park.

(1) The Minister hereby declares as protected, the area in the North West of Malta, as delineated in the site map found in Annex I to these regulations, and for such purpose is hereby establishing a Nature and History Park that shall incorporate and include the said protected area.

(2) The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, extend the boundaries of the said Park.
