S.L. 549.76 Art. 8General binding rules.

(1) Without prejudice to the obligation to hold a permit, the competent authority may include requirements for certain categories of installations, combustion plants, waste incineration plants or waste co-incineration plants in general binding rules.

(2) General binding rules shall be considered to have been formally adopted when the competent authority publishes them on its website.

(3) Where general binding rules are adopted, the permit may simply include a reference to such rules.
