S.L. 549.78 Art. 18Reporting obligations.

(1) The operator shall forward an emissions inventory on a combustion plant by combustion plant basis taking into account the definition in regulation 2. The inventory shall include the energy input, and the loads of sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and dust (as total suspended particulates). The pollutant loads (in Mg) shall be calculated by adding the mass of pollutant emitted by the combustion plant in question each day, on the basis of volumetric flow rates of waste gases.

(2) The emissions inventory shall include the information in Schedule XIV.

(3) For combustion plants operating on the derogation in regulation 4(2), the operator shall report to the competent authority on a yearly basis the operating time for each combustion plant operating on this derogation. The report shall include the information in Schedule XV.
