S.L. 549.90 Art. 8Exceptions.

The Wild Birds Regulation Unit may, for reasons of public health or safety, or any scientific reason, issue a permit for the shooting and, or capture of wild rabbit during the closed season: Provided that in authorising such exceptions, the following shall be specified:

(a) the means, arrangements or methods authorised for capture and killing;

(b) the conditions of risk and the circumstances of time and place under which such exceptions may be granted; and

(c) the controls which will be carried out.
