S.L. 552.9 Art. 5Provision of temporary water and electricity meters.

For the purpose of enabling adherence to these regulations, the temporary provision of water meters may be provided, by a licensed operator of a public water distribution network, only to sites where the owner has written confirmation from the Authority that the construction site is subject to a valid building permit.
