S.L. 573.6 Art. 7Transfer of agricultural land.

Saving the provisions of regulation 3, any person holding agricultural land owned by the Government of Malta with a valid title in their name may apply to the Authority for the transfer and assignment of their rights, or parts thereof, on said land to a third party, provided that such third party is a full-time or part-time bona fide farmer registered with the Director of Agriculture.
