S.L. 583.5 Art. 16Compliance.

No game, system, software, device, premises, condition, procedure, policy or any other matter approved by Authority shall be amended or substituted unless the authorised person has obtained a prior written approval by the Authority of any such amendment or substitution:

Provided that the Authority, following a risk-based evaluation, may stipulate by means of any binding instrument that in certain cases notification may be sufficient.
