S.L. 583.7 Art. 5Obligation to register.

(1) A gaming premises operator shall register all players forthwith upon their entry into the gaming premises, and in any case before they make use of its gaming service.

(2) Registration shall be carried out in such manner as the Authority may, by binding instrument, require.
