S.L. 595.12 Art. 7Advisory Board.

(1) There shall be an Advisory Board of the Agency which shall consist of four members appointed by the Minister for such time and, or for such specific tasks or assignments as the Minister may, in the instrument of their appointment, direct.

(2) The Advisory Board shall be chaired by the Chief Executive Officer and shall be subject to the provisions of article 32 of the Act.
