S.L. 595.6 Art. 37Recourse to the Court of Appeal shall not preclude or delay implementation of the Board’s final decision.

Recourse to the Court of Appeal in terms of regulation 35 shall not however preclude or delay the procuring entity from implementing the Board’s final decision.
