S.L. 601.3 Art. 255Action to recoup payments.

Following a request by the Director, the State Advocate on behalf of the Government may institute civil proceedings in a court of law for the restoration of payments received by a contractor in bad faith in relation to modifications which have been prohibited by the Director. Such action shall not be subject to any prescriptive period.
