S.L. 601.3 Art. 99Report.

The Commercial Sanctions Tribunal shall, by not later than six months after the end of the financial year, make and submit to the Minister a report dealing with the performance during the financial year being reported upon. The report shall, in particular, provide details regarding its decisions.
