S.L. 623.4 Art. 1Citation and commencement.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Conservation of

Fuel, Energy and Natural Resources (Minimum Requirements on the Energy Performance of Buildings) Regulations.

(2) The provisions of these regulations shall come into force on 1st January, 2016:

Provided that these regulations shall only apply to buildings the application of which has been submitted to the Malta Environment and Planning Authority on or after the 1st January, 2016.
