S.L. 65.27 Art. 4Mdina Local Council may grant permit for temporary access.

(1) The Mdina Local Council may grant a permit for vehicles to enter and circulate within the city of Mdina for a specific purpose or reason under such conditions as the Mdina

Local Council may deem proper to impose.

(2) The application for the permit referred to in subregulation

(1) shall be in writing on the appropriate form appearing in the Schedule, and such application shall be processed by the Mdina Local Council following the payment to the Mdina Local Council of an administration fee of two euros and thirty-three cents (2.33) for each application.

(3) The said permit shall be in writing and signed by the Mayor and the Executive Secretary of the Mdina Local Council, and shall be displayed within the vehicle in such a manner that it may be seen and read from outside the vehicle at all times that the vehicle is within Mdina.

(4) The said permit shall be issued for a period which does not exceed twelve months from the date of issue, and it shall be neither transferable to any other person or to any other vehicle.
