S.L. 85.1 Art. 14Inspector may examine packages.

The inspector may, at his discretion, examine any number or all of the packages in any consignment, provided that when the inspector refuses to issue a licence for export he must inspect at least twenty per cent (one fifth) of the packages in the consignment in question.
