The Superintendent shall correspond with the Chief

Government Medical Officer (or his representative) on all matters of management, discipline, supplies and alterations and repairs in the hospital. He is the channel of communication between the hospital and the Chief Government Medical Officer, and all correspondence, requisitions and matters connected thereto shall be transmitted by him.
