Cap. 12 ст. 432Parties served with answer and respective application may file a note.

There shall be no reply to the answer and respective application but it shall be lawful for the parties served with an answer and respective application to file a note in support of their own claim and in opposition to the claim of the other parties not later than the day appointed for the trial of the claims.
