The application, the certificate of the Public Registry, the list as verified on oath, the two edicts together with the certificate of the marshal with regard to their publication, the notice inserted in the Government Gazette, the documents, the protests of the interested parties who have entered an appearance and the report as well as the claims put in by the curators appointed as aforesaid, shall be compiled in a single record in chronological order and kept in their original.
