Cap. 12 ст. 708Before inferior courts reference to be taken by sitting magistrate.

In the cases referred to in the last two preceding articles, if the cause is pending before the Court of Magistrates (Malta), or before the Court of Magistrates (Gozo) in its inferior jurisdiction, the reference shall be taken by the magistrate before whom the cause is pending.
