Cap. 12 ст. 743Party against whom counter- claim is set up, subject to jurisdiction of the courts of civil jurisdiction.

(1) The party against whom the defendant in an action brought by such party sets up a counter-claim shall also be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of civil jurisdiction.

(2) The provision of this article shall also apply in the cases referred to in article 402.
