Cap. 12 ст. 785General authority by court to child.

(1) In the case referred to in article 784, it shall be lawful for the court of voluntary jurisdiction to grant to the child a general authorization to sue or be sued in any action which may be pending at the time, or which may thereafter be brought.

(2) The court may grant such authorization under such special conditions as it may deem proper, according to circumstances.
