Cap. 16 ст. 1103Where one of the debtors becomes the heir of the creditor, etc.
Sub-title III
Where one of the debtors becomes the heir of the creditor, or when the creditor becomes the heir of one of the debtors, the joint and several debt shall, as a result of such merger, be extinguished with regard to the portion of such debtor.
